Production Process

The production of peel-off ends involves the following key steps:

1. Inspection: Tinplate inspection

2. Cutting: Cutting the tinplate

3. Stamping: Creating the basic end shape (circle)

4. Sealing: Applying dry sealing compound

5. Collection: Collecting the processed ends

6. Press Stamping: Further shaping through press stamping

7. Score Line Repair: Drying and repairing score lines

8. Electrocoating: Applying an electrocoating layer

9. Packaging: Packing the finished ends

10. Storage: Storing the packaged ends
